Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Specialist

About the role

Team Sava is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Specialist to own and continuously improve the D365 Finance solution for an international group of companies. You will act as the bridge between Finance, IT and external partners, ensuring accurate multi‑entity, multi‑currency reporting and supporting process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365 F&O) across multiple entities and countries.
• Manage core finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, tax and statutory reporting.
• Maintain chart of accounts, financial dimensions, intercompany setups and system configuration.
• Support month‑end close, reconciliations, consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Lead ERP implementations, data migrations, UAT, go‑lives and onboarding of new entities.
• Troubleshoot integrations and resolve finance system issues.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, ASC 606 and international VAT/tax requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably with a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience owning or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365 F&O).
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, month‑end close, reconciliations, consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Experience working with multiple entities, currencies and international finance operations.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work independently with Finance and IT teams.
