Middle Recruiter

About the role

You will own the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Finance, Operations and other functions. The role is focused on independent sourcing, candidate engagement and building talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct recruiter interviews, evaluate motivation, experience and fit.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Present qualified candidates, manage offers and support acceptance.
• Track hiring metrics and continuously improve sourcing processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or with product/technology companies.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage multiple vacancies.
• Strong communication, organization and candidate‑management skills.
• Data‑driven approach with understanding of recruitment metrics.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Advanced LinkedIn sourcing.
• Experience with Workable or similar ATS.
• Use of AI tools for sourcing and recruitment automation.
