Motion Designer / Marketing Animator

About the role

We are looking for a Motion Designer / Marketing Animator to create eye‑catching animated banners and short promotional videos using game assets. The role works closely with marketing managers, creative leads and game artists to deliver polished motion pieces for various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create animated marketing banners, MP4s, GIFs and trailer‑style edits from provided assets.
• Animate characters, logos, UI elements, backgrounds and promotional scenes, including parallax and camera movements.
• Add VFX, particles, lighting, atmosphere, transitions and compositing polish.
• Prepare and edit Photoshop assets for efficient use in After Effects.
• Adapt animations to multiple aspect ratios, resolutions, safe zones and platform requirements.
• Deliver organized project files and final renders within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Good practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for asset preparation.
• Solid understanding of 2D animation, timing, composition, camera movement and visual polish.
• Experience with After Effects plugin‑based workflows and particle systems.
• Ability to work with raster‑based game artwork and adapt to other asset types.
• Understanding of responsive animation workflows, safe zones, compression limits and format adaptation.
• Good English communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
