Online Data Analyst – Serbia (Remote, Part-Time)

About the role

Telus Digital's AI Community is looking for an Online Data Analyst based in Serbia to help improve AI and machine learning models. You will conduct structured quality audits on spatial and mapping datasets, verifying geographic and business information using mapping tools and reference materials. The work is fully remote and part-time, with flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured quality audits on spatial datasets using mapping platforms, search directories and GIS-standard evaluation tools
• Evaluate and cross-reference business, geographic and cultural data entries against multiple authoritative sources
• Perform root-cause analysis when data points conflict across sources, documenting discrepancies precisely
• Apply detailed evaluation frameworks consistently across many geographic, business and cultural data variations
• Work across different task types such as Maps, News, Audio and Relevance
• Provide structured feedback that helps refine mapping algorithms and improve geographic intelligence

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Serbian, in Latin and Cyrillic script (native or near-native)
• Access to both Cyrillic and Latin keyboards
• Resident in Serbia for the last 5 consecutive years
• Open to working on a variety of task types
• Advanced analytical thinking and methodical problem solving
• Deep regional, cultural and geographic knowledge of Serbia
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in analytical, technical or research fields (strongly preferred)
• Stable internet connection and a personal computer
