Online Sales Manager – Children’s Courses (Remote)

About the role

Join an international online school that empowers kids and teens to master digital skills. As an Online Sales Manager you will guide families through live demo lessons, explain the learning format, and convert interest into enrollments for children aged 5‑17.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 50‑minute online demo lessons via Zoom or Google Meet for warm leads.
• Present Kodland’s courses, answer questions, and help parents select the right program.
• Build trust, handle objections, and motivate students to start their learning journey.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollment outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Advanced level of English, comfortable speaking with both parents and children.
• Availability to work afternoons/evenings (starting 14:00 US time) and one weekend day of choice.
• Reliable technical setup: PC with at least 8 GB RAM, webcam, headset, and stable internet.
