Operations Associate – Clinical Assessment Training & Surveillance (Remote, Europe)

About the role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Associate to support Clinical Assessment Training and Surveillance activities across Europe. This remote position will ensure smooth data handling, training material preparation, and coordination with investigators and research sites.

Key responsibilities

• Track collection, entry, and distribution of rater experience qualification data.
• Review and develop specifications for study‑specific rater training web portals.
• Assist in logistical coordination and prepare materials for Investigators’ Meetings.
• Edit and format training materials, including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint slides, and Word documents.
• Manage scale activities such as obtaining licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and sponsor approvals.
• Track incoming source documentation to ensure timely reviews and provide data to sponsors and study teams.
• Communicate with research sites to ensure adherence to rater training and data surveillance guidelines.
• Provide CAT data for final study report completion and ensure proper document formatting.
