Operator – Production Line

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Operator to join our sensor production lines. You will work on assembling materials and operating machinery under the guidance of supervisors, ensuring smooth daily output.

Key responsibilities

• Check the production scheduling board each morning and occupy the assigned workstation.
• Adjust machines according to work orders for specific product types.
• Assemble semi‑finished products, sub‑assemblies, and finished products following supervisor instructions.
• Report any deficiencies or quality issues to line supervision.
• Cooperate with maintenance staff for equipment troubleshooting and upkeep.
• Perform quality control checks on completed products.
• Document production details, scrap generated, and submit required paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and ensure machine functionality through regular checks.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical dexterity and coordination for handling tools and materials.
• Willingness to accept feedback and adapt to changes.
