Outsourced Services Delivery Associate – French Speaker

About the role

The Outsourced Services Delivery Associate will act as the primary liaison between NCR Voyix and its external supplier for services delivered in France. Based in Belgrade, the role ensures contractual compliance, service‑level performance and financial control of a $2M+ spend.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate supplier contracts, statements of work and service‑level agreements for full compliance.
• Drive day‑to‑day supplier performance, analyse SLA/KPI data and implement improvement actions.
• Forecast supplier spend, track actuals, resolve discrepancies and support budget management.
• Lead supplier performance reviews, manage quality actions and develop strategic business reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers to resolve service issues and enhance satisfaction.
• Control outside spend, validate supplier charges, recover costs and identify waste‑reduction initiatives.
• Ensure out‑of‑scope services are approved before charges are incurred.

Required profile

• Fluent French language skills.
• Proven experience in supplier or service‑delivery management, preferably in a technology‑enabled retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor spend, SLA performance and financial metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for regular video meetings and in‑person visits with suppliers and customers.
