Public Affairs & Corporate Communications Expert

About the role

This role is responsible for shaping and protecting the company’s public image, overseeing its social media presence, and ensuring consistent, professional communication with external audiences. It also involves building and maintaining relationships with key Serbian government bodies, especially the Ministry of Labour and Border Police.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans that enhance the company’s reputation.
• Manage and regularly update all corporate social media channels with engaging, professional content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
• Monitor current events and social trends to keep communications relevant and appropriate.
• Maintain professional relationships with relevant government institutions and support administrative processes for work permits of foreign staff.
• Provide additional administrative assistance to the Operations Department as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Relations, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in social media management, public relations, public affairs, or government relations.
• Good understanding of Serbia’s political and social environment; experience with government institutions is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Serbian and a solid command of English.
