Regional Sales Manager – Belgrade

About the role

Viessmann, a global leader in sustainable climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for its Belgrade market. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Prepare customized sales presentations and commercial offers that match customer needs.
• Keep the customer contact database up‑to‑date and accurate.
• Conduct field visits with prospects and clients to uncover opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Coordinate after‑sales implementation of technical solutions to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and execute sales plans to meet agreed targets.
• Provide regular sales and market reports to management.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to spot trends, opportunities and risks.
• Own regional sales activities and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a technical environment.
• Good knowledge of the local market and sales channels.
• Fluent in English and/or German.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Proactive, self‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
