Retail, Consumer & Digital Transformation Senior Associate

About the role

Join PwC’s growing Retail, Consumer & Digital Consulting practice in Southeast Europe as a Senior Associate. You will work closely with the practice lead and cross‑functional teams to help retail and consumer clients tackle strategic, commercial, operational and digital transformation challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development and go‑to‑market activities across the SEE region.
• Develop account plans, proposals, client presentations, business cases and statements of work.
• Work with clients on corporate strategy, digital & AI strategy, commercial excellence, customer experience, e‑commerce, omnichannel, supply‑chain and operating‑model transformation.
• Conduct market, client, digital maturity and performance analyses.
• Translate client challenges into practical recommendations, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Facilitate client workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate with PwC specialists across SEE, CEE and the global network.
• Contribute to reusable tools, benchmarks and practice materials.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, digital transformation or a related corporate role.
• Experience or strong exposure to retail, consumer goods, FMCG, e‑commerce or related sectors.
• Passion for digital transformation, data, AI and technology‑enabled business change.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to structure complex business issues and produce clear recommendations.
• Professional fluency in English; additional SEE language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the SEE region.
