Safety Associate – Medical Information Coordinator (Greek & French/German/Italian)

About the role

The Safety Associate Medical Information Coordinator reviews, assesses and processes safety data received from various sources. Working under the guidance of senior operation team members, the role ensures that all information is handled in accordance with applicable regulations, SOPs and internal guidelines while supporting pharmacovigilance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned trainings on time and follow all project‑related processes.
• Process safety data according to regulations, guidelines and project requirements.
• Collect, track and code incoming adverse events (AE) and related endpoint information.
• Write narratives, perform literature activities and maintain case records as required.
• Identify quality issues and communicate them to senior team members.
• Mentor new team members when assigned and participate in project team meetings.
• Ensure 100% compliance with people practices, productivity standards and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 1–1.5 years of relevant experience.
• Native or C2 level proficiency in Greek and C1 level in English.
• Fluent (minimum C1) in French, German or Italian.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, safety databases and clinical research regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and committed to high‑quality work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.
