Sales Agent – Campaign Upsell Associate (Remote, Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our Campaign Upsell team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Working remotely from Serbia (outside Belgrade), you will focus on increasing revenue by upselling and cross‑selling to existing customers through phone, email, chat and ticketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to renew contracts and promote higher‑value upgrades.
• Make outbound calls during campaign windows to generate upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Handle inbound emails, calls and chat inquiries, converting them into sales within agreed SLA.
• Maintain high service standards while following company procedures and processes.
• Take ownership of targets and continuously look for ways to exceed them.

Required profile

• Proven experience communicating with customers over the phone in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong sales, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Energetic, self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced, constantly changing setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
