Sales Agent – Renewal and Retention

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent focused on renewal and retention to join Hyperoptic’s sales team in Belgrade. You will work with existing customers, ensuring contract renewals, preventing churn and handling moving‑home requests, all without cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails related to contract renewals, retention and relocation.
• Respond to enquiries within agreed service level agreements and convert them into sales.
• Negotiate upsell opportunities with current customers.
• Proactively engage customers to avoid cancellations and maintain high satisfaction.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the company system.

Required profile

• Proven experience explaining products or services to customers.
• Strong telephone communication skills.
• High sales drive and ability to work in a target‑oriented environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
