Senior Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and extend Solflare’s visual identity across a range of digital and physical touch‑points. You will translate briefs into compelling concepts, build scalable visual systems, and deliver high‑quality assets that reinforce our brand in campaigns, social media, events and merchandise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop memorable visual concepts and campaign systems for product launches, company initiatives and marketing briefs.
• Create design assets for web, social media, paid campaigns, app‑store listings, presentations and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Design and Operations to raise the standard of brand expression.
• Adapt and extend the existing brand identity when new formats or challenges arise, ensuring consistency with established guidelines.
• Translate brand concepts into effective digital and social content, incorporating motion where it adds value.
• Own the end‑to‑end design process from concept through delivery, and coordinate freelancers or specialist partners when additional capacity is needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior‑level brand or visual designer, capable of turning briefs into strong creative concepts.
• Hands‑on execution mindset with the ability to deliver high‑quality work independently.
• Strong collaboration skills, comfortable partnering with cross‑functional teams and presenting work for feedback.
• Interest in the crypto/Web3 space and ability to maintain brand consistency while exploring new expressions.
