Senior Clinical Team Manager – Neuroscience

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Team Manager to lead neuroscience studies, ensuring clean, evaluable data is delivered on time and within budget. The role combines operational oversight with quality management across complex clinical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of assigned neuroscience studies, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP.
• Interpret project data, make business decisions, and maintain profitability by staying within contract scope.
• Develop and implement clinical tools such as monitoring plans, guidelines, and data quality plans.
• Oversee the setup, organization, and quality of the Trial Master File (local and central).
• Participate in the design of CRFs, informed consent templates, and other protocol‑specific documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to prepare client presentations and meet project deliverables.
• Lead team meetings, monitor timelines and resources, and ensure timely archiving of study materials.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in neuroscience or related therapeutic areas (e.g., ophthalmology, rare diseases, sleep, epilepsy, psychiatry).
• Proven ability to manage low‑ to moderate‑complexity projects and lead clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of contract management, budgeting, and profitability.
