Senior Data Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst at Solflare you will dive deep into on‑chain and off‑chain data to uncover insights that drive product decisions and growth. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to turn complex raw data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data from databases, APIs and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Build and maintain data pipelines that transform raw data into analysis‑ready datasets.
• Perform exploratory analysis using statistical techniques and visualisations to identify trends and correlations.
• Create dashboards, reports and charts that communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work with product managers, engineers and other teams to define metrics and influence the product roadmap.
• Maintain data integrity, security and documentation for easy access.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or engineering with large, diverse datasets.
• Proficiency in hypothesis testing, A/B testing and other statistical methods.
• Strong programming skills for data cleaning, transformation and analysis.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Solid use of Excel or Google Sheets for quick analysis and pivot tables.
• Basic understanding of ETL processes and tools.
