Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer – Remote (GMT‑7 to GMT‑4)

About the role

Collectly is seeking a Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design, automation and security of its cloud infrastructure. Working remotely across GMT‑7 to GMT‑4 time zones, you will partner with development teams to deliver reliable, scalable and compliant services that power AI‑driven revenue‑cycle management for healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Automate provisioning, deployment and scaling across multiple environments.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid, repeatable software releases.
• Integrate shift‑left security practices, including automated vulnerability scanning and code analysis, into the delivery pipeline.
• Implement monitoring, alerting and incident‑response processes to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve observability, reliability and cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong background in infrastructure automation, CI/CD, security integration and incident management.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and coordinate across distributed teams.
