Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer (Lead)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to lead the core team responsible for a high‑scale, mission‑critical platform. The role requires a self‑motivated, quick‑learning professional with strong English communication skills who can design, build and operate both on‑premise and cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain on‑prem and cloud‑based infrastructure.
• Run and optimise multi‑environment infrastructure (development, staging, production) with clear operational processes.
• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Support microservices architecture and implement security best practices.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Improve performance, scalability, and system resilience.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across networking, Kubernetes, cloud services, and application layers.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve delivery processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on DevOps and platform engineering experience.
• Proven experience with mission‑critical systems such as payments, fintech, banking or gaming.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and ability to operate under pressure.

Required skills

• AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM).
• Kubernetes and Helm.
• Docker and containerised environments.
• CI/CD pipeline construction.
• Infrastructure as Code tools.
