Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Eagle Wireless is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead the finance function for its Serbia legal entity. You will be the primary finance partner for local operations, handling month‑end close, reporting, budgeting and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the month‑end close for the Serbia entity, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations and statutory filings.
• Manage accounts payable, employee expense reporting and payroll accounting in coordination with HR.
• Provide daily financial guidance to Serbia‑based management as the main finance contact.
• Deliver Serbia actuals to the US Controller within a 5‑business‑day global close cycle and perform inter‑company reconciliations.
• Prepare supporting schedules, flux commentary and resolve close issues, escalating when necessary.
• Own the Serbia budget and rolling forecast, building driver‑based financial models and contributing to the global annual budget.
• Produce monthly variance analysis with commentary for the CFO and develop scenario analyses.
• Partner with global FP&A teams on forecasting, reporting and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Work within NetSuite ERP for accounting transactions, reporting and close activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the Serbia close and reporting cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of finance experience that combines accounting and financial analysis.

Required skills

• NetSuite ERP for accounting, reporting and close processes.
