Senior Product Manager (Content)

About the role

Emerging Travel Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Content) to own the content layer behind its hotel search experience. When users browse hotel pages on Zenhotels or RateHawk, they see room names, photos, amenities, policies and reviews combined from dozens of suppliers with different formats and levels of completeness. This role ensures that raw supplier data is matched, standardized, enriched and ranked so that it becomes structured, high-quality content that improves conversion and supports scalable global growth. The position is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the Content team's strategy, vision and roadmap across all ETG products, and own the end-to-end content pipeline from supplier data through matching, enrichment, rates processing to user experience.
• Drive stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Commercial and Operations teams, aligning priorities and resolving conflicts.
• Own a continuous pipeline of product opportunities that drive measurable revenue growth, using funnel data, content gaps and user friction, and leverage quantitative data and user research to size and prioritize them.
• Partner with the Development and ML/DS Team Lead to prioritize the roadmap and manage the backlog, co-own delivery execution with clear scope and acceptance criteria, and commit to timelines while managing risks and dependencies.
• Manage the Product Manager and Operations Manager, set goals and success metrics (FNBC, content quality, coverage, efficiency), and run performance management including regular feedback and development.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in travel, marketplace or content-heavy products.
• Experience with data pipelines, content systems or ML-driven products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills (SQL, A/B testing, metric design).
• Experience with structured and unstructured data and large-scale systems.
