Senior Product Specialist - Content Operations

About the role

Mastercard’s Business & Market Insights team is looking for a Senior Product Specialist to lead content operations for its Market Trends product. The role focuses on curating, sanitising and publishing high‑quality thought‑leadership reports that support payment industry insights worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review thought leadership materials from internal teams to ensure quality, relevance, and customer readiness.
• Curate, sanitize, and publish high‑quality reports aligned with Mastercard content standards and quality guidelines.
• Ensure consistent user experience, visual standards, and go‑to‑market execution across all published content.
• Modernize and reshape content formats into clear, engaging, and impactful customer‑facing outputs.
• Propose innovative content formatting and presentation approaches to increase customer engagement and usage.
• Drive project execution and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, regional teams, and contributors.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives across content performance.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives across MBI platform and product revamps, content pipelines, repositories, metadata management, translations, and publishing processes.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance contributor support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management.
• Interest or background in the financial services and payments industry, with a willingness to deepen knowledge.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to monitor performance metrics.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
