Site Contracts Specialist – Spanish Required

About the role

The Site Contracts Specialist supports the end‑to‑end contract management process for clinical trial sites, ensuring contracts, budgets and related documents are accurate, compliant and executed on time. Spanish language proficiency is required to interact with sites in Spanish‑speaking regions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contract management processes, coordinating protocol, consent, investigator and vendor agreements at the project level.
• Lead multi‑country projects, negotiating and preparing contracts and budgets for industry‑sponsored trials.
• Produce site‑specific contracts from country templates and support submissions for proposed contracts and budgets.
• Perform quality control, execute CTAs, archive documents and capture metadata.
• Review contracts for completeness, ensure corrections are documented, and track outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and clinical operations to resolve legal and budgetary matters.
• Maintain contract templates, site files, databases and provide training to junior staff.
• Monitor basic financial aspects of projects and escalate discrepancies promptly.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive contracts management experience, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, ICH GCP and trial start‑up phases II‑IV.
• Proven project and vendor management skills in fast‑paced settings.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities, with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
