Specialist, Record Center Operations

About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking a Specialist to manage its Record Center Operations. The role involves overseeing the day‑to‑day activities of the organization’s warehouses, ensuring that physical assets are processed, stored, and destroyed in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and operate the organization’s warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets.
• Account for all assets in the facilities and conduct audits of goods received into the warehouse.
• Oversee receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of assets, and generate related reports according to established procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to control the flow of goods and optimize warehouse space.
• Ensure operating procedures are effective, space utilization is maximized, and facilities and equipment are properly maintained and protected.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse or record‑center operations, including asset handling and inventory control.
• Familiarity with audit processes and reporting requirements for physical assets.
• Ability to manage schedules for shipping and receiving activities.
• Understanding of safety, security and compliance standards related to records and information management.
