About the role

The company is looking for a Production Supervisor to temporarily cover a maternity leave. The role involves overseeing the manufacturing line, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all production activities are completed according to the production plan.
• Define and adjust production‑line parameters to achieve optimal quality.
• Coordinate tasks, set priorities and direct staff to meet daily goals.
• Create an innovative environment to deliver accurate KPIs on productivity and efficiency, and propose improvement projects.
• Assess employee performance and identify training needs.
• Monitor production quality and collaborate with quality and environmental departments.
• Optimize process flow and raw‑material usage to minimise costs while meeting key performance indicators.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production reports.
• Provide production data to the planning department.
• Coordinate line maintenance activities with the engineering department.

Required profile

• Technical university degree (faculty of technology).
• Preferably prior experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Motivation to lead a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to work in two shifts.
