Support Manager - Junior

About the role

SOFTSWISS is seeking a motivated Junior Support Manager to join its high‑load gaming aggregation team in Belgrade. You will be the first line of contact for clients, ensuring the stability and performance of the gaming infrastructure while collaborating with internal and partner teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process client requests using the Jira helpdesk system.
• Maintain performance and reliability of the gaming infrastructure.
• Coordinate with associated departments and partner helpdesks.
• Work on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule from 10 am to 10 pm (GMT+3).

Required profile

• Higher education or technical education (advantageous).
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Russian proficiency at B2+ level.
• Experience supporting helpdesk systems is desirable.
