Talent Coordinator & Sourcer – Remote (Europe)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Coordinator and Sourcer to join Collectly’s Talent team on a Europe‑wide remote basis. In this role you will partner with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience while actively building a pipeline of high‑quality talent for our fast‑growing healthcare technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics and onboarding for candidates across multiple time zones.
• Maintain a positive candidate journey, communicating promptly and professionally with all stakeholders.
• Support Talent Managers with job requisition creation, offer preparation and onboarding partnership.
• Develop and document scalable recruitment processes while preserving a personal touch.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean search and other channels to identify passive candidates.
• Perform background and reference checks and ensure accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to refine sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple interview schedules simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of engaging candidates and hiring teams.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social media sourcing tools.
• Experience building Boolean search strings to uncover passive talent.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate record management.
