Talent Sourcer

About the role

JetBrains is looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to help build high‑performing teams across QA, Support, Security, and Infrastructure. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to uncover and engage top talent in the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to define sourcing needs.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for multiple roles and locations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using a variety of channels and databases.
• Provide a transparent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Keep the internal recruitment system up‑to‑date with accurate data.
• Share market insights and sourcing best practices with the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or research, preferably in IT or a similarly skilled industry.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with candidates.
• Experience working in global or European‑focused environments.
• Commitment to diversity sourcing initiatives.

Required skills

• Expertise in using professional networks and talent databases for sourcing.
• Ability to develop and manage sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of the IT talent market and candidate profiling.
