Transport & Fleet Management Solutions Consultant

About the role

NTS International is looking for a Transport & Fleet Management Solutions Consultant to help its B2B clients optimise logistics, control costs and digitise processes using advanced software and telematics. The ideal candidate already understands how transport, logistics and fleet operations work and can speak confidently with owners, directors and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct client engagement.
• Analyse client processes and needs to propose suitable software and telematics solutions.
• Present and demonstrate transport, logistics and fleet management tools.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport, logistics, fleet management or B2B sales of related solutions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of vehicle fleet operations, route planning, fuel cost control and vehicle utilisation.
• Ability to discuss technical and operational challenges with senior decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Experience with telematics solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM and TMS systems.
• Understanding of fleet management software.
