About the role

MN89 is a modern, fast‑growing transport company serving the US market. We are looking for an energetic Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team and help us attract qualified truck drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential truck driver candidates through job ads, social media, databases and referrals.
• Present the benefits of working at MN89 and clearly explain job conditions and expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to contract signing.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
• Communicate with drivers and handle hot leads efficiently.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting, sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong, persuasive communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with computer tools such as Google Sheets, CRM systems and social media platforms.
• Communicative level of English.
