UX Designer – Mobile Game (3+ years experience)

About the role

We are creating a genre‑defining mobile game and need an experienced UX Designer to shape the player experience from concept to launch. You will work closely with art, engineering, design, research and analytics teams to deliver intuitive, engaging interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, design, wireframe, prototype and optimise user flows for the game.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create solutions that solve gameplay and UI challenges.
• Incorporate iterative feedback from users, researchers and teammates throughout development.
• Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder communication.
• Define information architecture, visual guidelines and standards to ensure a consistent player experience.
• Support marketing with user testing and apply findings to improve the experience.
• Partner with the User Research team to validate design decisions against player needs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably in mobile games.
• Educational background in Web Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX, HCI, Psychology or related fields.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and ability to empathise with players.
• Self‑starter attitude with a “get things done” mindset.
• Passion for video games and game development.

Required skills

• Wireframing and prototyping expertise.
• Knowledge of cross‑platform implementation constraints.
• Ability to animate prototypes to demonstrate UI interactions.
• Familiarity with current UX trends and AI‑based design tools.
