VIP Account Manager – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a VIP Account Manager to nurture relationships with French‑speaking high‑value players in the iGaming sector. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering personalized service, driving engagement, and supporting player retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of French‑speaking VIP players, ensuring a top‑level customer experience.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with high‑value clients.
• Proactively introduce new offers, bonuses, and exclusive promotions.
• Monitor player activity and trends to spot opportunities and risks.
• Provide tailored solutions and resolve inquiries quickly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional VIP journey.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance, and retention metrics.
• Contribute to strategies that increase player loyalty and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Native‑level French and excellent spoken and written English.
• Minimum 2 + years experience in VIP or account management within the iGaming/gambling industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and KPIs.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target‑driven environment.
