VIP Account Manager – French Speaking

About the role

As a VIP Account Manager you will build and maintain strong relationships with French‑speaking VIP players, providing exceptional service to drive satisfaction, retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of French‑speaking VIP players, delivering top‑level customer experience.
• Proactively contact players with new offers, bonuses and exclusive promotions.
• Monitor player activity and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide tailored solutions and personalized service to maximize engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional VIP journey.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance and retention metrics.
• Contribute to strategies for increasing player loyalty and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Native‑level French and excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 + years experience in VIP/account management within the iGaming or gambling industry.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and KPIs.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target‑driven environment.
