Workflow Developer & Tester (Go)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Workflow Developer & Tester to join our telecom‑focused engineering team. You will design, implement, and validate Temporal workflow activities using Go, while ensuring high‑quality code through comprehensive testing and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Temporal workflow activities in Go (HSS adapter, PCRF adapter, inventory updates).
• Build and validate unit tests for all workflow components from day one.
• Design and create the Inventory Management database (tables, indexes, partitioning for 30 M records).
• Develop bulk import tooling to ingest CSV ranges of ICCID/IMSI/MSISDN.
• Implement REST API endpoints for inventory operations (allocate, reserve, release, query).
• Write integration tests linking workflows, mock network elements, and database assertions.
• Support senior developers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Develop end‑to‑end test suites covering full SIM provisioning flows.
• Conduct load and stress testing to simulate peak provisioning TPS.
• Integrate test automation into CI pipelines for workflow and API tests.
• Implement HSS sync integration and MNP hooks within the inventory database.
• Provide UAT support by reproducing bugs, writing regression tests, and validating fixes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of backend software development experience in production environments.
• Proficiency in Go (or strong Java fundamentals with willingness to transition to Go).
• Experience building REST APIs and working with PostgreSQL.
• Solid unit‑ and integration‑testing practices.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and code review processes.
• Experience with event‑driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis Pub/Sub).
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised deployments.
• Fluent English and ability to work under technical direction.
