Account Manager

About the role

ARRISE is seeking an Account Manager to join its Belgrade office. You will manage a portfolio of iGaming clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term partnerships. The role combines client onboarding, relationship building, and revenue growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Guide clients through onboarding, integrations, and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Share promotions from providers and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide regular KPI updates and reports to clients and management.
• Monitor iGaming market trends and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues quickly to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings as required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and contribute to account growth.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
