Customer Solution Specialist

About the role

The Customer Solution Specialist (CSS) will be the primary point of contact for the Vaccines portfolio in an assigned region, focusing on adult immunisation. Reporting to the Sales Manager, Vaccines, the CSS works closely with the Vaccines team to deliver a high‑impact customer experience and drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own business results in the territory, achieving sales targets and KPIs while staying within promotional budgets.
• Develop and execute territory sales and customer plans, prioritising key accounts and analysing market data.
• Anticipate customer needs, provide scientific and clinical product information, and deliver patient education.
• Build long‑term relationships with physicians, key scientific leaders and other stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities, support pull‑through, and stay informed on payer landscape.
• Organise and lead physician meetings, product presentations and professional discussions.
• Support regional and national symposia and collaborate with Marketing on strategy implementation.
• Participate in Vaccines team updates, share market insights and contribute to cross‑functional projects.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting and coordinate events, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing sales or account management, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of vaccines, adult immunisation and related therapeutic areas.
• Excellent scientific and clinical acumen.
• Outstanding relationship‑building, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple functions.
