GEN(AI) Test Consultant

About the role

Sixsentix is looking for a GEN(AI) Test Consultant to join its testing practice in Serbia. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to design test strategies, build automation frameworks, and shape testing architecture for complex enterprise systems that incorporate generative AI components.

Key responsibilities

• Define test approaches, automation strategies, and testing architecture for large‑scale systems.
• Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python (preferred) and optionally Java or C#.
• Design, implement and manage comprehensive test suites (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) for APIs and AI services.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and QA engineers to ensure test coverage meets functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on AI‑related testing practices.

Required profile

• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in Java or C# considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Git or similar version‑control systems.
• Experience designing and testing scalable APIs.
• Solid understanding of databases, SQL or ORM frameworks for test data management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent‑based pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI) and AI/ML libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to break down complex problems.
