Information Technology Specialist

About the role

OCSiAl Group is seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist to join its corporate IT team in Belgrade, Serbia. The role involves providing 2nd/3rd line support to users, maintaining Microsoft on‑premises and Azure infrastructure, and ensuring reliable backup and device management services.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve user IT issues, handling 2nd and 3rd line support requests.
• Manage Microsoft on‑premises infrastructure, including Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Administer Microsoft Azure cloud services such as Entra ID and Office 365.
• Configure and support backup solutions and Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies.
• Support corporate productivity and collaboration tools and related business workflows.
• Contribute to IT upgrades, new deployments, and modernization initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate IT environment as an IT Specialist, Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
