Junior Sales Support

About the role

ARRISE is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Support professional to assist the Account Management team. You will be the bridge between business development, integration, and client operations, ensuring smooth onboarding and feature implementation for iGaming operators.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the daily integrations list, following up on new and ongoing projects.
• Prepare all required documentation and specifications for the integration team.
• Facilitate seamless transitions between Business Development and Account Management departments.
• Verify that operators can implement required features such as bonuses, DGA, and auto‑payout.
• Follow project‑management procedures to meet deadlines and resolve on‑site issues.
• Develop and sustain effective relationships with clients, BDMs, AMs, integration and sales staff.
• Respond to client inquiries, manage information requests, and support the AM team in achieving KPI targets.
• Ensure contracted products are live and assist with brand‑splitting activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (4th degree education, any major).
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Quick learner with a clear understanding of business strategy.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate within a team.
• In‑depth knowledge of customer service practices.
