About the role

We are a fast‑growing HVAC marketing and AI agency seeking an outbound Appointment Setter who thrives on sales calls and lead qualification. This fully remote position involves engaging prospects, scheduling appointments, and supporting our clients’ growth through modern automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up inbound leads via SMS, email, and direct messages.
• Qualify prospects using provided scripts and frameworks.
• Book discovery calls directly through GoHighLevel scheduling.
• Manage pipelines and lead lists within the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow‑ups using the WAVV Dialer.
• Achieve weekly booking targets and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Bonus: background in high‑ticket sales, digital marketing, or HVAC/home services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GoHighLevel (CRM, automation, scheduling).
• Experience using Zoom for virtual meetings.
• Familiarity with WAVV Dialer for outbound calling.
