Associate Inside Sales Account Executive

About the role

The Associate Inside Sales Account Executive supports NCR Voyix’s field sales organization by managing commercial and enterprise client accounts. Based in Belgrade, the role bridges pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, ensuring smooth quotation, order execution, and contract renewal processes. You will work closely with both internal teams and customers to drive cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑sales account activities, including customer master data, CRM updates, quotation creation, and order execution.
• Plan and coordinate Customer Experience Center visits, quarterly business reviews, and direct client engagements.
• Lead full‑cycle subscription and contract renewal processes for existing customers.
• Identify and support cross‑sell/upsell initiatives, guiding junior inside‑sales staff on potential opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with field sales representatives and channel partners.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of one year of sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Goal‑oriented, articulate, with strong relationship and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel 10‑15% as needed.
• Multilingual fluency preferred; French, Dutch, German or Spanish required for Serbia.

Required skills

• CRM systems proficiency.
• CPQ (Configure‑Price‑Quote) tools experience.
