Project Manager – Construction Consulting

About the role

Our client is a leading project‑management consultancy operating across Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia‑Herzegovina and Croatia. The firm delivers high‑profile residential and mixed‑use developments, providing design‑phase and construction‑phase management as well as technical supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the consultant to the client, contractors and other participants, ensuring delivery within budget, programme and quality targets.
• Lead, coordinate and manage the consultancy team, conduct progress meetings and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Handle contractual and commercial communications, including claims, variations and change orders.
• Review and approve contractor submittals such as shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, programmes and payment applications.
• Monitor design quality, propose value‑engineering solutions and control on‑site work quality, issuing NCRs as needed.
• Prepare regular progress and cost reports for the client and organise specialist subcontractor tenders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience on high‑end residential or mixed‑use projects, with at least 3 years in Serbia.
• BSc in Civil Engineering or Architecture (MSc preferred) and fluent English.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract and proven commercial management skills.
