Air Logistics Customer Integration Specialist

About the role

As a member of the Freight Forwarding team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods worldwide, from medicines to machine parts. In this position you will provide administrative support and expertise for solutions built by the High Tech Solution Center, managing a global support ticket queue and maintaining documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate issues across multiple process chains (SALOG, KN Login, myKN, OEDI, KNITE, Jupiter, ESP, and related EDI/API connections).
• Provide solution support for implemented integrations and document support requests via Jira Service Desk and email.
• Document interfaces, create and maintain knowledge resources (WIKI, work instructions).
• Collaborate with the HSC Development Team on customized solutions for dedicated customers.
• Maintain operational stability and coordinate support activities.

Required skills

• EDI experience within a freight forwarding environment.
• Microsoft SQL / SSMS (query creation, working with SQL views).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Data mapping, testing and support experience.
• Familiarity with low‑code/no‑code ETL tools, preferably the Lobster_data solution.
• Experience using Jira Service Desk for ticket management.
