Career & Internship Specialist – German & Russian Speaker

About the role

Negentrix Holding seeks a Career & Internship Specialist to guide students and graduates through their professional journey in Germany. You will help non‑native German speakers prepare applications, secure internships, and transition into full‑time employment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one career consultations, reviewing CVs, LinkedIn profiles and other application materials.
• Lead group sessions on LinkedIn optimization, application preparation, interview techniques and internship readiness.
• Coordinate the entire internship placement process: collect applications, liaise with partner companies, organize selection stages and manage communication between students and employers.
• Support students throughout internship preparation, placement and completion, addressing any issues that arise.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of students, internships and employment outcomes in Airtable.
• Prepare analytics and regular status reports on career services activities.
• Gather graduate feedback via written, video or online formats.
• Manage the graduate community by creating content plans, organizing events and curating FAQs.

Required profile

• Experience in career support, student/client management, HR, recruiting or internship coordination.
• Good understanding of job and internship search processes in Europe, especially Germany.
• Hands‑on experience with CVs, LinkedIn, motivation letters, recommendation letters, job applications and interview preparation, including AI‑based tools.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with graduates, employers and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail while handling a large student volume.
