Client Service Management Officer

About the role

Broadridge is looking for a Client Service Management Officer for its Belgrade office. The role suits someone with B2B client support experience who wants to grow across the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and daily operations to reporting, issue resolution and cross-team coordination. The position supports Acolin products, now part of Broadridge, and is hybrid after a successful probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Support all phases of the client lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing operations.
• Monitor client mailboxes daily and act on client queries in a timely way.
• Coordinate task delivery across different servicing teams.
• Maintain and update client information in systems such as CRM, fund data tolls and internal databases.
• Document, resolve and escalate client issues or complaints, with proper tracking and follow-through.
• Prepare and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support contract management and invoicing, document SOPs and develop training materials for operational processes.
• Act as a backup for other team members and contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as CRM or contract management cleanup projects.
• Partner with marketing and business teams on client communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B client support and relationship management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data.
• Customer-centric approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and can work independently and in a cross-functional team.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise tools such as CRM and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Funds Data or Commission tools is a strong advantage.
