Driver Recruiter – US Trucking (Belgrade/Niš)

About the role

Wersirius is expanding its recruitment team in Serbia to support its US trucking operations. As a Driver Recruiter you will source, interview, and place qualified truck drivers for US‑based carriers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Actively recruit US‑based truck driver candidates using internal databases and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct phone interviews in English, assess experience, and match drivers with suitable opportunities.
• Connect drivers with insurance providers and trucking companies.
• Provide ongoing support to drivers throughout their engagement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate records and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• Fluent, confident English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to conduct phone interviews.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset with persistence.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and responsible handling of candidate documentation.
• Good computer literacy and quick learning of recruitment software.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Belgrade or Niš, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service.
