Employee Experience & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

The Employee Experience & Onboarding Specialist will ensure a consistent, engaging and scalable experience for new and existing employees at NCR Voyix’s Belgrade office. Working closely with HR, hiring managers and site leaders, the role coordinates onboarding programs, employee engagement activities and supports talent management processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across multiple regions, including scheduling sessions, managing communications and maintaining onboarding calendars and SharePoint sites.
• Plan and execute virtual and in‑person employee events, site activities and recognition programs to foster connection and culture.
• Support talent management processes such as employee development and performance management by preparing materials and handling routine inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and program data, and assist with continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR, business leaders and cross‑functional partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in HR, employee experience, onboarding, talent management or related areas.
• Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Customer‑service mindset and passion for helping employees succeed.
