Enterprise Architect – People & Culture

About the role

The Enterprise Architect – People & Culture is a senior member of the Enterprise Architecture team, responsible for shaping the end‑to‑end HR technology landscape at Coca-Cola HBC. The role ensures a unified, employee‑centric architecture across the full People & Culture portfolio, from talent acquisition to payroll and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise architecture vision for all People & Culture capabilities, creating target architectures, transition roadmaps and integration blueprints.
• Govern architecture standards, data models and solution designs, ensuring coherence, minimal redundancy and reduced integration debt across platforms such as Workday, SAP, Cornerstone, Avature, OrgVue, Beqom and Perceptyx.
• Lead transformation initiatives, translate HR, AI and data trends into practical architectural opportunities, and provide assurance for major projects.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an Enterprise Architect in large, complex FMCG/CPG organisations, preferably within HR or a related functional domain.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes (hire‑to‑retire, talent management, rewards, workforce management, employee experience) and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Workday (HCM), SAP (payroll), Cornerstone (learning & performance), Avature (talent acquisition), OrgVue (org design), Beqom (rewards), Perceptyx (employee listening).
• Azure, Power BI, SharePoint, Viva Engage for analytics, collaboration and employee experience.
• Modern data architecture, API‑led integration patterns, AI/ML concepts, and TOGAF governance methodology.
