Field Marketing Manager - B2B Events

About the role

Adapty helps mobile apps manage in-app purchases and paywalls, powering 20,000+ apps and processing more than $3 billion in subscriptions annually. Adapty and its partner FunnelFox run 100+ events a year, and the company is moving from sponsoring others' conferences to running its own closed events, community meetups and a flagship annual conference. This role owns the event strategy, sets priorities for an Event Operations team and works closely with Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the event strategy for Adapty and FunnelFox, defining formats, audiences, targets and cadences
• Launch and run the flagship annual conference and make go/no-go decisions on every event based on numbers
• Design scalable formats such as dinners, roundtables, side events and meetups, including online ones
• Own registrations, show-up rates and the share of target customers at each event
• Work with Sales on target account lists, pre-booked meetings and follow-up SLAs
• Build event attribution and reporting in HubSpot and review it weekly with Sales
• Set priorities for the Event Operations team

Required profile

• 3+ years owning B2B event or field marketing with a budget and a revenue target
• Knows the ROI of past events (cost, meetings, pipeline, closed-won) and has cut underperforming events and scaled successful ones
• Has built at least one event format from scratch that grew
• Fluent English and willing to travel a lot

Required skills

• CRM attribution (HubSpot or Salesforce) and building your own reports
• Nice to have: launching a conference from scratch, knowledge of mobile apps, ad tech, MMP or B2B SaaS, a network of app founders and growth leads, experience selling sponsorships, and events across several regions
