Freelance International Recruitment Coordinator – Serbia

About the role

SunnySide Workforce Solutions is seeking a Serbia‑based professional to coordinate international recruitment projects for local employers. This freelance position offers flexibility to work alongside other commitments while helping Serbian companies attract foreign talent.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international recruitment projects for Serbian employers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers to identify workforce needs.
• Support discussions with prospective clients and secure recruitment agreements.
• Liaise with international recruitment partners and candidate‑sourcing teams.
• Assist with candidate screening, documentation, work permits and mobilisation.
• Identify Serbian professionals for suitable overseas opportunities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, HR or workforce coordination.
• Background in recruiting foreign workers for Serbian employers.
• Familiarity with international recruitment, work permits and employee onboarding.
• Experience managing overseas recruitment agencies or external partners.
• Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, engineering, logistics or healthcare recruitment sectors.
• Existing employer contacts in Serbia are advantageous.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Serbian.
